AnyDVD and AnyDVD HD -Â Both programs are commercial, but can be used to remove restrictions and region codes from DVDs or Blu-Ray discs.Why that is not a given in all countries is a mystery to me. In some countries at the very least, you are allowed to make personal backups from DVD and Blu-Ray movies that you have purchased.
